Gift Card – Terms and Conditions

Administration of your Wed With Us Gift Card

Once you have registered for a Wed With Us gift card online, by email or by telephone, we will open you an account and this will remain open until otherwise notified.  The account will remain open for one week after your celebration, at this point we will be in contact with you to discuss your account.

We can on request provide you with complimentary guest cards for you to include with your invitations. We will offer up to 100 cards free of charge; any number over this will lead to a charge of £20. For orders over 100 please email info@wedwithus.co.uk or call the Wed With Us team on 0800 0385 051 to place your order. We can also provide you with a link to your online gift card contributions, for you to include in your online invitations.

Your guests can make contributions through different channels – please click here for more information. The contributions will be deposited onto a file and you can choose whether you wish to receive your contributions in the form of a Wed With Us Gift Voucher, or as a payment or part payment towards a Wed With Us booking. As soon as your account has been closed, we will send you a summary of all the guests that contributed along with any personal messages they included; this way you can send thank you notes. You can also view your account at any time on the Manage My Booking Tool. The Wed With Us Gift Card is only valid on package holidays and cannot be used on Low Cost Airline Flight Only or services such as foreign exchange, airport parking or overnight airport hotels. No monies held in a Wed With Us Gift Card account can be transferred or used until the account has been closed.

Your guest contributions

Wed With Us have a minimum contribution of £20 and this increases in multiples of £10 – i.e. £20, £30 etc. The good news is there is no maximum contribution!

It’s easy for your friends and family to contribute to your Wed With Us Gift Card – online, in person, by telephone or by post subject to the Wed With Us normal terms and conditions. For payments by cheque, six working days are required for clearance – therefore if a guest contributes by cheque the day before your Gift Card account closes, we will need to wait for the cheque to clear before closing your account.

Gift Cards

Wed With Us gift cards are valid indefinitely and can be redeemed against products and services paid direct to Wed With Us, Holiday With Us or Spalding Travel. Wed With Us Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash. Any unused credit will remain on the card and can be used towards payment of future travel arranged through the Holiday With Us Group.

Lost or stolen cards will be replaced – subject to an administration fee of £50.

Gift Cards will only be protected by ABTA when exchanged for travel arrangements made through the Holiday With Us Group at Wed With Us, Spalding Travel or Holiday With Us.

Payments

As with all bookings at the Holiday With Us Group, final payment for your travel arrangements is normally due at least fourteen weeks prior to departure; therefore, you are required to pay in full at that time.

If you have already notified us of your booking, we will automatically transfer the total value of your gift card contributions to this booking. We will process your credit once the list has been closed, up to one week after the nominated date. If you have not notified us of your booking details, please do so immediately or as soon as your Holiday With Us Group Travel plans have been confirmed.

The monetary transfer to your booking will not exceed the total cost of your honeymoon or wedding abroad. If your final payment is due before your Gift Card account closes, the Holiday With Us Group will take payment by your original method of payment unless otherwise notified. If your guest contributions exceed your honeymoon cost, these will be forwarded to you in the form of a Holiday With Us Group Gift Card, which can be used towards any future travel plans at any of the branches across the Holiday With Us Group.

Cancellation

Should your travel plans be postponed or cancelled, please contact us immediately so we can close your account, we will require this in writing to info@wedwithus.co.uk or by post to Wed With Us, 6 Market Place, Spalding, Lincolnshire, PE11 2SL. Please note there will be an administration charge of £100 to be paid before we can proceed to cover our administration costs
